1992 Trunk Lid Question

I've been noticing that when it rains, and I lift open up my trunk, on one end of the trunk LOTS of water spills out. I notice that it's coming from inside the trunk (it's on the right side), out of a little rain reservoir (if that make sense). On the left side of the trunk, the same location, there's a plug there. I'm wondering if there should be a plug on the left side from where the water is coming out. It's dark outside now so I'll take a picture of it tomorrow.

Thanks.

I get the exact same thing, its like water likes to collect somewhere behind the rear center panel. I wouldn't be surprised if others get the same thing.

same here.
its probably, the rubber seal above the center panel, that allows water in.
