Hello everyone. I have been doing alot of research on putting projector headlights into my 92 camry. I was looking into buying these Bi xenon Projector lights and try to put them into the headlights. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...=STRK:MEWAX:IT
But is there anyone here that is selling projectors for my camry? Also if not can I get some help on how to do this? I know the basics of taking the lens off and I read about sanding the bulb hole so the projector can fit.
There's been A LOT of threads on this recently. Do a search and you'll see a lot pop up. Iovaykind just did a retrofit into his camry... it's worth checking out! Iovaykind's Angel Eye Projector Retrofit Journal

The link you provided I thought about buying also, but the price threw me off without cutoff pictures and the quality of the projector itself isn't really known. I talked to a guy who was selling it and he said he'd show me cutoff pics soon but he hasn't replied since.. which lead me to believe that it wasn't that good. You might want to go that route if you really don't have a clue what you're doing. But if you read up on it, say from hidplanet.com you can get a lot of good info and you might as well get better projectors for around the same cost but it will look much better.

Yes LynchburgCSI I did research a whole lot. Even on the one link you showed me but its not for my car. I kno its really close but im not sure what to do. Can someone give me some simple steps on how to start off please? And he depo lights on that site for projectors are really expensive thats why I didnt buy them.
The best way to start of is by looking around a bit. Myabe look into doing your own retrofit? Iovyakind just did one....see if the thread is there. Lots of good info.

whats your budget?? getting into bi-xenon projectors can get pricy unless you find a good used pair...which is possible. few have been able to source and build a set for less then the ones on that site.
If you put a lil more money into it than you can get the ones I am looking at that someone showed me on the other thread. They look amazing and I am just waiting till my birthday in 17 days to get them
well...how are they? as far as i know you and i are that only two who actually have these. what setup did you get?
OP. if you wanted to do the retro yourself then id expect to pay that or a little more unless you gat a good price on the depos. but your budget is not far off and you could make a nice set for around that.
i saw someone had those projector with ready made halo rings on their matrix..
DONT DO IT...i saw it and it is TINY...it's barely an inch and half in diameter and they won't provide the sufficient light spread for headlight use.
they may seem like they are meant to be used for retrofitting but the quality just isn't there. you could use them for fogs or something else, but i would go myself a quality pair of projectors for a retrofit

They are H7 Projectors like yours. I went and got a set of 55w HID 6000k instead of 35w HID and the light output is insane for alright projectors.
EDIT: Bigbird it doesn't fog up any more..... Also I think I found the fogging culprit. You have to make sure the H7 Rebased bulb sits snug or as snug as possible to prevent fogging. I have experimented with this. My original lights had a bad projector causing the bulb to have a small micro gap between the projector and when I got that replaced it was perfect. But then my passenger side fogged up because I had taken off to check and reinstalled the bulb and the next day we had rain and my passenger fogged up (not as bad) and I realized the bulb was not sitting properly. So Rob if you headlight is fogging up, reseat the bulb. It worked for me.
My only complaint is the cutoff shield inside. Its not straight enough and you can clearly see the the high low.
_________------------ Left _________------------- Right <---- My projectors
vs
_________............... Left _________................ Right <---- TSX projectors (as example)

hmm...ill have to try that. mine still fog up a little at times. and i wonder what wattage my HID kit is, i never even thought to check. i was honestly surprised my self at how bright they were but im wondering if i upped the wattage if they would be brighter. Oh and i too and not too fond of the cutoff. but i found a way to mke them level by adjusting teh angle and direction of the headlights.
