Hey every one! Im getting a body kit this month and i was wondering if any one had one on there gen 4 Camry.... All i am looking for is some info on them... mostly were you got yours and if any one out there has any guessed on what company or web site i should order my kit from... I was looking at the Deraflex ones of even the ViS kits.

Any thoughts?

ebay is a pretty good place to get a kit. just make sure the seller rating is high. any place you buy a kit it will likely be a copy of a copy of a copy so fitment is always an issue.

OH and DONT buy fiberglass.

Ya i tried to look at it earlier and even search the topic idk my search isn't working. maby its just my computer.... But if its the one on this thread....

Wait.... isn't fiberglass all that's out there for the gen 4 Camry? There is the vfiber and Deraflex stuff but is it really as good as they say it is? and see the thread is gone.... so it isn't just me haha =)

fiber glass:
Bad - Heavy, not flexible, can crack easily.
Good - easy to repair because you will break it at some point.

urathane:
Bad - hard to repair
Good - lighter weight, flexible, hard to crack.

Dose any one know were to get a Urethane body kit got the gen 4 Camry? I would rather go with that given the bad weather we get up in Montana some times.

The TRD lip kit is polyurethane...but then again you're looking for a body kit so I'm not sure.

See i would probly go with that TRD kit but idk were to get one and also iv seen camry with JDM bumpers, like the Camry i found some place once it was called a Toyota Grac... (i cant remember) I think it was imported but idk enuf about the Camry out side the states.. haha

thats a mix of stuff. gen4.5 gracia bumper(maybe TRD) and this kits rear bumper...

the side skirts i cant find.

heres a lip kit listed but i dont think anyone has tried it. im courious how it looks or if it fits.
