You mean from the engine compartment or what?

If you do I usually go through the heater hose boot, Any where there is a hole in the firewall will usually do. You might not want to do it next to a big bundle of wires though, Might make emi problems.

I ran 00 in an old setup I had once, just make sure it is warm that will help make it more flexible. If it won't fit in the door jamb try under the carpet around any body lines that might hide it. In my pickup I ran it up under the center consol and then to the back panel, every thing is behind the jump seats.

I don't know how many amps you are going to pull, but in the Audio sections stickeys they have some good stuff about sizeing the wires correctly. O gauge might be over kill, mabye you could get by with smaller stuff.

I currently am using all digital Alpine amps they don't draw near the amps and sound much cleaner. That could be an option to use smaller wire with the same wattage system. I have the PDX5 it has 432x1 for the Sub and 100 x 4 for the others. I have another for the back chanel. I don't know how loud you wan't to go but that might make it easier. They run much cooler to of course.

Throughout the wheel well you'll find screws, but you're probably missing the ones where the mud gaurd is located, so take those screws off and you'll be able to spot 2-3 there if I recall, there's actually some under the car so you'll have to prop it up to fit a screwdriver there but that's probably no problem as you'll be taking the driver's side wheel off anyway.
