2000 5S-FE Camry Firing Order - Toyota Nation Forum : Toyota Car and Truck Forums

Hey Guys,

I have a 2000 Toyota Camry Japan Built 5S-FE. I changed the plugs and wires since I was having a problem with a misfire. I double checked the order at two different places and they are both different from what I have in my car.

Does anyone know the correct order. Thanks.

Go over to the top of the Camry forum at AutomotiveForums.com and download the generation 4 Toyota factory service manual. The manuals are stickied at the top of that forum. Then go to the ignition section (usually section IG) for the information.

Standing in front of the car:
1-2-3-4 for the engine from the left to the right
1-4,2-3 for the coils from the front to the back
