i found a pair of depo clear tail lights for 22.oo on ebay....the guys says they are rare which i dont know if i believe...and he says its for a 92-96 camry....would they fit my 92..i know the 92 lights are a little bit different then the 96...
Are those legal? I assume you'd need to buy red bulbs though that may not be hard.. but still, don't think they'd fit unless you got a good theme going with it

I saw some kid in a Civic with all clear tails, and he didnt have red bulbs in, they were just standard clear bulbs.
Everytime he hit the breaks I got a headache, and it was really strange seeing a car break with white not red lights.
Anyway, if you get these, you could get the Red spider lights from SUPERBRIGHTLEDS.com they would look pretty good with these, tho i still do not like the all clear look with the camry.
Good deal, they come with the bumper lights too, but yea the all clear its kinda eh IMO.
Good luck with the auction tho! I just bought the red/clears from Camracer and they should be here tomorrow
yupperz those are the ones....lol...but iam seeing they arent such a good idea..i saw the red and clear ones on octane motorsports websire for 149.00..which is not bad i dont think for the set..but if i can save some money by getting these i would like that..but yea..now that i try to see it...i dont think it would look so nice..but i will see what happens
Even if you get red bulbs, it would still be illegal. There has to be a red reflector. Hasn't anyone noticed that all the new cars today have red reflectors molded right into the rear bumper cover? That's because the designers know that someone will eventually add all clear tail lights to the car. Some cars even come with clear tail lights from the factory, but they do have red reflectors in the bumper covers.
Case in point... notice the red reflectors in the bumper cover

$149 is a deal. Try paying $300 for red/clears lol. Bimmer's are freaking expensive... for anything lol.
The red/clears look really nice IMO, especially with DEPO headlamps and front signals. Trust me, you'd be much happier with red/clears.
If these would be going on the car in your avatar, I think they would look good. I just hate the altezza lights.
And about them being "legal" or not....who reallllly cares? haha. Just keep the old ones and pop them back on for inspections.
i just got it inspected and with everything in it and on it i passed so iam not worried about that right now....IAM worried about cops...b/c i do alot of driving and its mostly at night..
oppps..its not 149.00.....with shipping it comes out to 140.00...i think iam going to get them...tomorrow so i cant start fresh on my credit card...

Need performance parts?
Shoot me a PM, I'll see what I can do
thers an easy solutuion, jsut buy red relector tape and either place it inside the housing or on the surface of the light. wouldnt have to be much and then it would even look kinda stock.
