4th Generation OEM Fogs

I'm re-writing my thread to make it easier to read.

Step 1. Order the fogs from snappylights Offer 125$
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/HELLA...item5adf75c266

pic of kit:

Step 2. Order the brackets
http://toyotapartspeople.com/SearchP...desc=Foglights
If your car is US built get the TMMK brackets
If your car is Japan built get the TMC brackets
Note: they come as a set so order 1

pic of tmmk bracket bag:

Step 3. Bezels
Order them from toyotapartsman
Gary Smith Parts Manager with Newnan Toyota # 678-854-9601
mention your from toyotanation for 30% off. I asked and it would be like 35$ish plus shipping for the bezels
Note: They come as a set, so order 1
Note B: I asked Gary Smith about the bezels and he said there were 5 at the local depot, so they might be getting ready to discontinue the bezels. just to give people a heads up.
pic of box:

Step 4. Switch
http://toyotapartspeople.com/SearchP...desc=Foglights
If you don't have trac control or security order the dash switch
If you do have trac control and security order the console switch
Note: Unfortunately the console switch is discontinued.
Note B: You can either order the switch from them or from your local dealer. The part number is 00550-35976. If they say it has too many digits tell them its in the accessories catalog. Its about 20$ maybe less depending on the dealer
pic of switch:

I edited this again, didn't know if anybody was still interested in this anymore. Note: Since the switches are still used for newer tacoma ie early 2000s I think they will be around for a while, and snappy lights seems to have a lot of kits, so if anybody is interested in this I would get the brackets and bezels first so you have them incase they get discontinued that way all you need is the kit and the switch. If anybody needs anymore info of stuff like that please let me know. my # is 727-365-9530 (I have txting if thats easier just let me know who it is)

thanks,
Adam (adalex)

I did this last year, and did a little research. You don't really need the cutting template for the bumper as the instructions say a ruler can be used to the the front Fascia.

Align ruler with Rib
Mark Fascia at 24mm (15/16") from fin and at 119mm (4 11/16") from fin.

I suppose I could possibly PDF the original fog light instructions if anyone wants that.

yes my crazy ass installed these when there was snow on the ground

The C clamps come with the kit. The brackets you still have to get seperately. I thought that as well, until I got the kit, and saw the instructions.
