96 5SFE Torque Values H2O Pump & Timing Tensioner?

Like the title of the thread says. Can anyone provide these values? And any other torque values pertaining to this job (timing belt & H2O pump) which I plan to do next weekend? Such as the harmonic balancer torque? I'm just trying to gather all my info before I dive into it. Thanks in advance!

Pretty much all of those torque values can be found in the FSM -- www.camrystuff.com, Generation 3, 5S-FE Engine section.

i cant remember what the values are off hand, but i know for the water pump its not much. i read the value in the chiltons guide as foot pounds rather than inch pounds and i sheared a bolt.
