New and need some help

My name is Wolfe and I'm in college in KY. I had a jeep TJ for most of life which is setting in a barn after a head on crash. i have plans o rebuild it. I have come into a 95 Camry and it has one small but very interesting problem.
The car wont start again after driving it for about 20 minutes.any where we go we have to be there for at least 20 mins before we can leave. It sounds like it being stop buy a kill switch. The starter sounds fine but the engine won't turn over. but if we wait 20 mins it will start no problem. the bratty is strong it just wont turn the car over unless we wait 20 mins. and the started sounds the same if it starts or does not start. It has an factory Alarm system but the person i got it from had never used it and does not have the remote to it. That is my first guess to what it could be. the other is a fuel switch cut off maybe.

Any help would be really appreciated
