New Struts Bottomed Out

Hey Guys
Today I was driving from my local Costco, and for some odd reason I didnt see this pothole coming up, and ran into it at 30mph. The whole right side of my car made a loud thunk sound. I thought "oh shit I must have bottomed out my car..." After I reached home, I inspected the underside of the car and I didnt see any new scratches... so it must have been the strut that bottomed out... So my question.. are they okay? I just installed them 4 days ago, and on a college budget I cant afford new ones...

Thanks for your guys help!
btw I'm running KYB GR-2s and Eibach Pro Springs on a V6 Camry

Assuming you kept the bump stops, they should be fine. KYBs are pretty durable too, from what I hear.

Tokicos would have been a better fit. However, KYBs, like most aftermarkets, should carry lifetime manufacturing defect/materials warranty. Except I don't think KYB in particular cover normal wear and tear or lowering.

Your right, it would have been a better choice, but idk how much harder the ride is going to be, cuz as it is right now its comfortable. Just I gota drive slower and beware of all the potholes...
