Question 99 Camry steering wheel removal

Hi guys. just joined so that I could ask for some tips on changing my sister's Camry steering wheel. I have been searching through 250+ pages of gen 3 and 4 threads with little success. i have looked at some other post and it looks like it is a pretty easy procedure. I have received the replacement steering wheel and it looks likt it would be pretty straight forward. it appears there are 2 torx screws on the sides that need to be removed to pull the air bag and then just a nut locking the steering wheel on. Do i need a steering wheel puller? Is it the same as a harmonic balancer puller? Also, i know i should disconnect the battery. Any other tips or can someone point me to a good step by step? thanks in advance.

Either puller will do, make sure you get bolts that fit.

Scrawl match marks for easier reassembly

I just swapped mine out. Didn't need a puller, it just lifted right off. There's a nice 'n' snug (but not tight) spline-fit there. If it's rusty, you might need to use some PB blaster or something like that to loosen it up.
