Plastic piece on underside

I've looked around here and online and I cannot figure out what piece this is.

In all the snow we've had, a long plastic piece in the middle of my car became detached at the back. Its runs lengthwise and appears to right in the middle. It's flexible plastic.

I have no way of getting under the car to get a better look. I'm just trying to find out what this is and how much I should have to pay to get it fixed!

Thanks.

What year is your car? Sounds like the fuel line protector on the Generation 4 rigs. If so, you should be able to just snap it back into place unless it's torn to crap.

A picture would give you a more accurate answer

I really appreciate your help.

My car is a 1999. The piece is maybe 3.5 feet long and 4 inches wide. It's has holes built into it.

I won't be able to get a picture for a few days but I'll definitely try that, too.
