I pulled out a set of wheels i was kicking around in the backyard and went to home depot for a couple cans of satin black paint.. then i painted. teeehee! .. im partial to it- maybe because its new? - idk. i took a couple quick shots before i ran late for work. hahaha!
it only costs 5-10 dollars a rim to get your tire taken off an put back on, i recommend getting the tires taken off do all of your base coats, get the tire put back on and do a final coal/ clear or what ever finish you are doing.
if you want good looking rims for a long time do not be cheap. I have a sand blaster so when i do wheels i sand blast them, do some sanding, primer/filler, sand, and then throw on paint, get them mounted do any touch up i need to do then finish coat and ur done.
