Need help with replacing manual antenna

hey so today i decided to just go out and replace my manual antenna because of the break in the cold weather but after unscrewing it, i cant seem to see how it is wired. it looks like it is actually wired inside the A pillar.. how am i supposed to get to it? I figured running the wire would be my greatest problem but if I can't even get it out... Help!

here is a few pictures from my BB Pearl 8100:

after unscrewing it, I see the antenna stem and the wire:

When I remove the A pillar trim panel from the inside, all i see are two wires, one fat which I thought might be the one but after a little tugging and exploring I found that this wire leads to farther in to the roof lining and is not the wire in question connected to the antenna:

here is a little zoomed out view so you know what I am looking at :

anybody? when I pull on the mast and the cable, it seems to be obstructed... does anybody know how it is wired.

from what i have been able to gather so far.. it is wired inside the A pillar.. comes out somewhere by the kick panel (unfortunately for me Best Buy threw all the wires and harnesses for my Viper there and there is no room and its a complete mess and cant see anything).. which then goes [insert blank] and somehow magically come to the rear of the deck... any help here?
