Pretty sure it's a 1MZ, but the intake plenum looks strange (that "twist" just downstream of the TB). May've come off an Avalon? I'm not an expert on the 1MZ history 'tho, so someone else may know of a Camry year with that plenum.

1MZ.

Is the picture ALL you have or can you look at it? The timing belt cover is on and it has the data on it. A big bar code.

That intake looks BENT! Like it was dropped on something and it pushed it up giving it twist. I haven't seen many, that looks strange!

I guess it just doesn't have EGR valve, that's why it looks so strange.

i cant really tell. it looks sealed off, liek it never had an EGR. but if your in FL then it really wouldnt matter. no emissions laws so no reason to worry about it.

I assume, this engine will require appropriate ECU as well then.

high possibility you may be able to use your US 1MZ ECU on your JDM 1MZ.

Looks like the belt was replaced at 100,000? I know a guy who can read it if need be.

What year did they switch from 6 to 3 coil packs? That's my 95 there with 6.

You could always swap your manifold if it doesn't run right? (Restore the EGR system)

How much is it, miles, compression, oil pressure??? you know anything else about it? Swapping the mani is simple, but could void a warranty if it comes with one.
