the piping is similar and it would fit pretty well but youll have to have an exhaust shop mount it. the hangers are different. the headers will fit fine but youll loose your cat incase that matter where you live.

so the mounts are the only thing different? i have a leak somewhere in my exhaust system and i thought it was because i put a test pipe in, but it is farther up then that and maybe just replacing it all is the rought i will go. I have a welder and have done full exhaust systems before but i thought it was a matter of having to hack up the piping on brand new headders which i wouldnt have done.

no thoes wont...the OP has a 5sfe 4cyl not a 3vz V6. from what ive seen and herd the OBX headers will not bolt up the the 3vzfe heads. but in any case, unless your going FI...the heades dont do much anyways. search for mods fo the Y-pipe, thats where your power lies.
