Australia 3rd Gen Camry - 2 Issues

Hi

1st
I've been noticing that my 1993 Camry 3VZFE has been blowing warm air when a/c is off and temp setting is on cold.
you can tell when you have the a/c on and as soon as you turn it off its warm already inside that its either you need to put the a/c on or open the windows.

2nd
whenever its raining the passenger side near the door speakers get soaking wet. I've noticed that the door spills a lil bit of water when you open it but the driver's side has actually have more water inside the door coming out but no water leak on that side.

I've got no sunroof so guessing its the windscreen seal? no coolant smell as well inside.

Thanks in advance

Yea there's a weatherstrip seal near the top of the door, check to see if it's loose of rotten. I don't know how much they cost but I would recommend just using some sealant around it instead of trying to remove it because it looks hard.
