ok so SUNDAY this work was done...
valve cover gaskets front and rear,
spark plugs and wires,
upper intake gaskets,
fuel filter (pain in the ass btw!)
MONDAY running great... check engine light came on (system lean) due to broken air intake tube... replaced on WEDNESDAY.
TUESDAY did the oil change, checked/double checked for ANY leaks NONE FOUND!! (YES FINALLY) TUESDAY 4 hours later oil leaking from under the car. DRAIN plug TIGHT AND DRY... got the car on a lift and noticed leaky faucet like leak coming from the oil pan just to the left above the drain plug...... so checked levels and oil level is good. so i went to toyota and picked up that SPECIAL SILICONE for the oil pan, got to a lift to start the removal of the oil pan and ITS NOT LEAKING!!
and its still not leaking, oil level is good also but there is nothing leaking under the car.
please help or explain this ...... is there some place where oil has settled that just has to drain on its own or is there something i can do? its kinda driving me crazy.
Was this clean oil or dirty oil? Maybe from where the oil leaked out of the filter when you took it off and it settled on the support beam or engine mount?

Couple cans of Engine Brite (or equivalent) to clean off the engine should help narrow it down.
Where is "left" of oil drain plug? Passenger side? Driver's side?
Any leaks before this?
Principle of "last thing you touched broke it" sez the valve cover gaskets weren't installed correctly.
if your under the car facing the front end if you look at the oil pan there is the drain plug and a lil to the left right above that there is a bolt holding the oil pan and it looked as if the lip(on the oil pan its self) above that was leaking like leaky faucet leaking..... cleaned the engine with brake parts cleaner to get all the old oil off.
valve cover gaskets were leaking for a while until then and i had a mechanic do this whome took his time so it was done right also i watched like a hawk!!!! and no leaks after!
so i thinking some oil settled somewhere.
also my oil filter is on the front end of the car up top where the exhaust manifold is.... and i cleaned that with brake clean also.

Did you check both oil pan joins? The 1MZ is kind of strange -- you have "stacked" oil pans -- the lower one that the drain plug is in, and another, larger one that the small one is attached to -- that larger one also has a seal where it is attached to the block itself.

no i did not know that! ill have to take a look at that!!! the mechanic at work cant even figure out why its leaking, bc my oil level is perfect!
