Loud grinding noise near front tire when heating ON

1997 Toyota Camry 3.0 V6

Hi Experts,

Everything is fine however, recently my car is making a loud quinching/grinding noise from front passenger tire area when I accelerate and heating/fan is on.

1) First it only hapens when heating and Fan is ON.
1) This only happens when I accelerate the car. Once it comes to certain speed, it stops immediately.
3) Or to stop it, I have to turn off the Fans and it stops immediately.

It's very loud so, I have to fix it. Do you guys have any idea, what seems to be the issue and how much cost I should expect ?

I wouldn't consider myself an expert on this issue. Maybe the fans aren't mounted securely and are hitting something? Pop the hood and check for clearance issues and loose parts around the radiator.

Is the A/C also on, or is the one of those fancy climate-control rigs that will automagically turn on the A/C to help with defrosting? If so, might be the A/C compressor.

Noise near the passenger wheel area: inside the cabin or in the engine compartment?

As Hill mentioned, it may be the AC compressor in the engine compartment. Near the radiator on the passenger side.

If AC isn't on, check the fan motor under/behind the glove box.
