3rd & 4th Generation (1992–1996 & 1997–2001)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 1992-1996 & 1997-2001
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
seriously though. any previous reputation of the company? The seem to be in the right price range for a good set.

BCs are preferred by some of my mates here instead of D2s. They are cheaper than D2s here and on close up BCs have a smoother powder coating - better feel. The BC racing VA variant for Toyota Camry is specifically designed for Gen3s 94 and up. Honestly, I would stick with Japanese made coilovers - Tein, Cusco, etc. I wouldn't try BC.

i looked them up and it seems like they are the original manufacturer for all megan racing coilovers and are very good at making coilovers. comes in different trims and settings.
costs a lil more than Ks and D2s but i think their quality might be worth it. i'm just curious if anyone would like to give them a try in the near future.
maybe new for you gen3/4 guys? they've been around for years. i've been rocking a set on my gen5 since october.
a little secret info- they are definitely the suppliers for megan and d2, and some have claimed that they even apex-i coilovers (the lower lines) are from bc racing.
great reviews from online magazines and blogs, and popular with the suby and nissan crowd. definitely better than tein basics imo.
I've heard good things from a few Gen5 people that have them. I've also been told that Steel coilovers (Tein) tend to be a lot more durable with better build quality than Aluminum. I'm curious about ISC though, just because I'm thinking about getting a set of coilovers, yet no one has any experience with that company here in the US.
Also, my friend will be switching from Tein SS to AMR Engineering because of the option to choose specific spring rates and Lifetime warranty. Just thought I'd let you guys know of all the options thus far: Tein SS, JIC FLT-A1 and FLT-A2, Ksport, D2, BC, and AMR Engineering. Not sure if there's anything else.
If you check the AMR site, they don't have anything listed for the Camry's. However, my friend said that they have Avalon coilovers which is the same suspension as the Gen4, not sure about the Gen3. Anywho, if you guys are interested, maybe we can get the price down through a group buy.
*This isn't official, but this is the link that my friend sent to me (Moderators: I'm just posting up some information regarding the coilovers, not starting a group buy or anything):
