Fans Always on?

will it be bad to have the fans running non-stop? i was thinking of doing some custom work where i would need to wire the fans constant on for a few days when i have to go to work. other than what coolant thats in the radiator being cool, it shouldn't cool the engine down too much since the thermostat will stay closed.

right?

oh and it cool enough so i dont need ac or heat so those wount be an issue

OK - spill it! What happened?

Naw - shud be fine. As you pointed out, the stat will keep the engine warm. If you have two fans, I'd simply unplug one as I doubt you need it for anything but the AC anyways. That said, my only concern would be the battery drain and I'm sure the system can handle that just fine too.

I ran on a bad coolant temp switch for about a month. I imagine the worst it will do is put unnecessary wear on the radiator fan motors.
