Best Spark Plug 2001 Camry 2.2L

Which is the best plug for the 2.2L? I thought about using E3 as I have those in my 1999 Tacoma 3.4L and have been happy with them. Anyone using E3's?

NGK dual ground laser platinums. There come stock from the factory and they'll get you the best MPG and longevity. Had 115k on them and they worked perfect, gap was just a tad bigger.

Anything NGK or Denso will suffice though. No Bosch though or Autolites, they dont like japanese cars.

Their pretty expensive, 10-12$ each.

I think your longevity with the e3s is going to be pretty bad -- 30K miles at best, since I'm pretty sure they just use a standard copper center electrode. Those waste-spark systems are rough on copper electrode plugs.

I'd go with an OEM equivalent Denso / NGK dual-ground electrode with a platinum center electrode, or step up a notch to the same thing with an iridium center electrode (the NGK Iridium IX line is pretty decent). You'll get about 60K miles out of the platinums, 100K miles out of the iridiums.

I'd use NGK Iridium-IX. Looks like you got a waste spark system, so can't use the 120K mile platinum ground padded Laser Iridium.
