RTH needed: 01 Camry V6 wont idle/start when warm randomly

I have an 01 Camry V6 that starts great, runs great, everything is perfect, but sometimes when it is already warm, it wont idle when you try to start it.
If you step on the gas when starting it, it starts instantly while reving up, then Idles fine.
It just doesn't want to idle at startup sometimes when it is warm unless you press the gas.

Does anyone have any idea's on what I can check?
The car only has 75K on it and runs great other than this.

Thanks

This engine does not have an IAC valve (idle air cocntrol) so that isnt it.
I'd suspect the throttle position sensor. It is mounted on the side of the throttle body, (midway between the bundle of snakes and the end of the casting where the rubber hose goes onto it.)there is a sort of horseshoe shaped plastic connector attached to it that is held on by two small phillips screws. The throttle on this engine is not directly controlled by a cable (unfortunately) it is controlled by a small motor, the sensor reads the signals from the computer and positions the throttle butterfly accordingly.
If you are car savvy there are stickies for the toyota factory manuals (not sure if they are still there) in the General camry section, that will tell you what and how to check it.

CORRECTION - i think that part is called "throttle position sensor" and that is the part i'd suggest checking first
