Steering suction hose - where?

Need to replace a steering suction (feeding, from reservoir to pump) hose. It has 5/8" I.D. and about 3/4" O.D. I can't find oil-resistant hose with these parameters. Found a "heater hose" that looks exactly like the one I need, but the question is: is heater hose oil resistant? Is coolant aggressive to regular rubber?
I don't want to spend $70 to purchase OEM hose, this price looks way too high for a piece of rubber hose.....

I bought a hose once from a shop that made hydraulic hoses for trucks and large equipment. I would be concerned about heater hose. Try the yellow pages.

Don't use the heater hose. Any hose rated for hydraulic use should work, 'tho.

Ordered a hose from www.mcmaster.com, item number 5235K56, Oil-Resistant Black Buna-N Rubber Tubing
Material (Nitrile), $1.70 per foot, minimum order 10 ft, free shipping. Total: $17 and the length of this hose is enough for 3 cars.
Correction: shipping IS NOT free! They just don't give you the shipping price until they ship (kinda stupid, this is the first site I see doing this). So, shipping was 4.75, so total is 21.75 that is still not bad at all. They ship from NJ.
