Toyo's have different glass tints pending the interior colors. If you're lookin for boneyard swaps, keep that in mind or keep your old glass.
You'll need to get access to unplug wires for speakers, door latch, window power. . .

Now is a good time to clean and lube moving parts inside. Tape the door edges so you don't bust paint if paint matters. If you do it solo, have a floor jack handy for quick height adjustments (place plywood between jack and door edge so you don't crush it. Sometimes special wrenches are needed to reach in and adjust and/or remove the hinge bolts. Give it a try before you actually atempt the job and you'll know what I mean. Other times a socket and wobbles, or simple open end wrench may work. Pulling the striker it helpful when you hang a new door until you get the fit corrected.

Biggest tip: Don't smash your flangies in tight places it hurts!

Good luck!

Which door do you need to replace?

Rear ones are very easy, if the interior panel and glass color (bronze vs. green) matches. The bolts are easily removed, and the wiring disconnects inside the 'B' pillar -- just pop off the interior plastic.

Swapping rear windows for a different color glass is a bit of a PITA. The movable window isn't bad, but swapping the triangle glass risks damaging the trim if you haven't done it before.

Front doors are more difficult. You'll need to change the lock cylinder -- keep your old door handle. And there are more style and feature options, some of which have slightly different wiring (e.g. door speakers, lock illumination and U.S. vs Japan built mirror connectors).

If your front door hinges are bent, you'll likely have to loosen or remove the front fender to re-align. (There is a magic wrench, but even that doesn't solve the geometry problem.) Otherwise don't touch the bolts that attach the hinge to the body and the replacement door will usually fit exactly.

You'll need a Torx driver for the door brake, and a panel pry tool is helpful. Otherwise the usual 10mm/12mm/14mm sockets and wrenches are all that is needed. Oh, and the front door handle is best removed with a 10mm nutdriver with a magnet or a small 10mm socket on a 6"+ extension.
