how ever low you want. just keep in mind 2 things. 1. for the most part, with whats avalible, the lower you go...the softer the spring. 2. the lower you go, the more your gonna want tokico shocks to handle the drop. what brand are you looking at. the difference is so little there that id just go with whatever spring is the better choice.

Here's a Coupe 1.3 front, and 1.25 rear, on 18x7.5 225/45's...I did have to roll the rear fenders!

Eyeball,
I think the only reason you had to roll the fenders is the combo of lowering your car AND having a flush or + offset on the rims you have.
I lowered my car with Tokico struts and H+R springs and I have no problems

Your exactly right...45 offset, and I forgot to add, 5mm spacers on the rear!

so your looking for springs lower then 1.5? thats not what your asking in your OP.

if thats the case add coilovers to your considerations, when your looking for a low ride you cant go wrong with CO because you dont have to worry about bottoming out.

since you own a V6 however you may want to consider Tein S tech springs. 1.7" and 1.5(ish)". they are the best quality spring under 1.5". they are gonna be stiffer then any of the others too, which you want.

yes they are stiffer and awesome quality. but teins are the stiffest UNDER 1.5" eibachs dont go below that. i have coilovers.
