im running on stock everything. even the injectors and fuel pump.
The grinding was my dad, who was grinding some metal stuff, weird thing was when we were close to him, he was grinding, and when we took off, he stop, and then when we came back around, he started grinding again. Lol but yea, overall its not that bad. Need a little more stuff then this project is complete.
I have the filter for it, just that i wanted to test out the car so bad, so we didnt put it on, also, the DP was cut cause it didnt fit, so that too is getting a new weld.
I'll post a vid inside the car. Car runs crappy once it hits 3k-4k rpm.
wow, no wonder it was loud, down pipe was cut lol!
i guess the car got lean spots around 3~4k then. take it ez, keep it low boost and once everything is settled and small things got fixed, u can go beserk on the boot when u tune it.
injectors are gonna get maxed out very fast, so is the fuel pump. =D
I almost gave up again, but it was a good thing my brother told me, lets do it one more time. So then i bought another ct26, we installed it, and didnt realize that i have water inside my intercooler, which was from washing my engine bay, so we put everything together, test drove it the first time, and we saw all these white mixture oil coming out of the BOV and white smoke was coming out of the downpipe, so then i gave up, but my bro didnt, he told me we came this far, we have to fix the problem. So he took apart my IC piping to find out that i have water in there. He cleaned up my piping and my intercooler, and put back everything. Started up, and everything ran fine. No oil leak and no more white smoke.
If you wanna know what i said at the end of the video, i ask if there was anymore white smoke. =)
that's pretty awesome i live on a longgggg back road where people like to go fast on all i hear is turbos an shit all night lol i really want to do this project did you have to do custom work to your bumper to get it to fit back on...?
