Not saying this is your issue, but my wife's Camry's windows fog a lot. When I clean them they don't. She whines about it, but the culprit is her coffee addiction. That aroma she smells is more than just water vapor from the cup, it contains oils and other stuff.
BTW, cigarette smoking leaves a brown sticky film.
The fact that its on ALL the windows indicates its not some obscure oil leak from the dash since motor oil won't stay atomized that far, but it could be antifreeze. A seeping heater core will deposit a slimy coating on the inside of the windshield through the defroster. Usually, this is clear and there is a distinct radiator smell when it does it. It also does not usually make it to the rear of the car, but it is very slimy and hard to clean. Antifreeze, as any nail biter mechanic knows, has a distinctive taste to humans, even in very small quantities. It IS poison, so don't do it, I'm just sayin'.
Maybe you have 2 kinds of contaminant, 1 black and 1 oily?
food for thought anyway.
