3rd Generation Gen3 front SRS impact sensor...testable??

Got bored and started replacing some dash lights yesterday, only to find that the douche who previously owned my 92 camry LE removed the SRS warning lamp. Replaced the lamp and... wow! sure enough the lamp stays on!
(yes this is the same A-hole that decided it was a good idea to remove the front sway bar and links before selling it to a slightly naive me. Fit a new sway bar and all is well now, although the thought that I was driving without a front swaybar AND an airbag is quite frightening.)

Anyway, tried the reset proceedure posted by Silverstreak eons ago with good results. i.e. I was able to get to the SRS light to rapidly blink, then when I removed the ground the light comes back on and flashes error code 15 - "open in front airbag circuit" SO...

My question is: Is there a way to test the individual front impact sensors (or the center) to see if they are still intact and functioning. There dosen't appear to be any disturbed wiring to the airbag circuit in the dash or center console, although I havent tested continuity of any of the wires as of yet.

I have been searching the archives etc for answers with no luck. Sorry for the long winded thread.

Nice! Exactly what I was looking for Lynchburg. Thanks. I found some "creative" wiring from the driver crash senor to the dash. I'll have to tell my wife I have a date tonight with my multimeter.

THANK GOD there's another member here that owns a multimeter. Most people get so confused. No offense guys. Good luck man. Glad I could provide some help.
