Help!!! Camry AC + MORE

Hi,
Firstly background.

Bought a 93 Wide Body Camry this one has needs fair bit of body work.

2nd Camry (93/94) I recently purchased good body has been 'blowing smoke' from what the seller told me (since purchasing I haven't seen anything I can see which would tell me it has a blown head gasket).

Ok these are the questions:

1) How can I tell\Repair a blown headgasket (Plan is rip what I need off old camry for 'new' one).

2) The first camry has a\c but the newer one doesn't does anyone know if possible and if so how I can swap\get the ac swapped between vehicles?

Well this is all I can think off at the moment.
Gotta Go Work Calls!

Anthony

For a BHG (Blown Head Gasket), you will have to remive the head(s), and have the head(s) machined flat. Then replace the head gasket(s) as well as the head studs, and the washers too as a good idea. If you in fact have a BHG, stop driving it before you do serious harm and need to replace the entire engine.

For the AC, yes, you can put it in, but it;s goign to be complicated as you'll likely have to swap the ENTIRE HVAC (Heating and AC) unit thats behind the dashboard, as well as the dashboard wiring, among all the lines, compressor, condessor, evaportor.

All Gen 3's (Wide Bodies) here in the US came with AC actually. Hope this helps Anthony.

Cheers
