What is my car worth?

Thinking of selling in terms of getting something different. Thinking of stepping into a lexus es300, but I'm too sure how good those v6's are compared to the toyota i4.
Anywho, green 97 camry 4dr. Door dings on the back driver door, body is in really good shape. Clear coat peel on the quarter panel just a little. Little rust by driver side mirror, that is it for the body.
Brand new factory silver front emblem. Fog lights installed. Remote start/alarm installed. Auto tranny of course. 181k miles.
New plugs/wires/pcv/all new oil seals/new rear struts. Tires and brakes have 10k miles on them. 181k on the car.
Alpine type r front speakers, type r rear speakers. 400watt amp and JL sub. I drive her 50 miles per day and never had a problem. Diamond E3 spark plugs
Only thin she needs is front bearing plates.
So what do you think I can get for it? Car runs like a dream and never ever given me any type of hiccup or problem. Runs like it's brand new.

ES300 v6 = camry v6. Theyre the same engine. the hold up about the same same as your I4.

Expect to get about $3000 tops (probably less due to mileage, paint, rust, and repairs needed). I'd swap in the old speakers and take out the sub if you can. It doesn't help the value of the car much, and you could get more selling or pawning it.

Id list for like 2900 without the sound system and hold pretty firm at that price.

However if it runs good etc. I would keep it or sell it to a relative or something. It seems liek youve put in easily over 1000 in parts.

3 grand sounds about right. and the lexus may even hold up better if not just as good. as anal as toyota was with the gen3 and 4 camry they were even more so with the lexus.

A car that you know that will keep running for a long long time is worth about $4000.

But for someone else to take a gamble on an automatic sedan with 181k on the odometer, little rust and glittered up with non-kosher accessories hits around $1800.

I've also wanted a ES300 for a while so I wish you luck.
