I have a 92 Camry 2.2L 4cyl 5S-FE with AT. I have just replaced the speed sensor and still have the same problem. My speedometer is not reading the right speed. I can be going about 65mph on the hwy and speedometer is only reading about 30mph. Any ideas? Could it be the speedometer it self or the ECU?

Most likely the speedo itself. If you can, swipe a cluster form a junk yard.

yep. its legal. you just need to keep a record of the actual milage in the car. sell it with a wrong odometer and say anything, and yes THATS illegal.
