P0125 and 1155 after O2 Replacement

Ok, so I put in a complete new exhaust (Catlytic pipe, resonator, muffler and rear o2 sensor). Then replaced the battery after, started the care and I get P0125 and a new P1155?? Does it take a certain amount of running time to clear the codes? It has only been a few hours and they were clear after I replaced the battery. The P0125 I cant believe the 02 sensor is brand new, and the 1155 well that has me baffled? any thoughts?
