Link Assembly nut on 99 Camry (HELP)!

I am trying to replace my struts with the Monroe Quick Strut but am having trouble getting the nuts off the Link Assembly/Sway bar on the top. Any tricks to getting the nut off? The new ones I looked at O'Reilly Auto parts have an apparent nut on back to hold onto but I didn't see one on this one. Thought about using a pair of vise grips or hack sawing through it and just replacing it with new. Any suggestions would help! I took a couple of photos and here are the links.

You gotta stick a closed end wrench on the nut, I think it's a 14 mm. Then, stick an allen wrench in the hole. You can either TIGHTEN the allen wrench OR LOOSEN the closed end wrench.

When I first did my struts, it sure confused the hell out of me too!

Thanks so much Chris! I saw the hole but it had a lot of dirt on it and I was thinking it might be an allen screw hole. Bought me a can of PB blaster for the job. I will soak it good and hopefully it will break it free a bit. I see the aftermarket replacements just have a nut on the back. Thanks again and I will post with how it goes!

Soak it several times with the PB Blaster and try tapping it each time after soaking. If you get them off intact they can be reused if they are in good shape, so take care in getting them off. If they are bad and have to be replaced, then don't be concerned about how you get them off. You can even cut them off.
