Side Mirrors + Car Clock + Top Cigg lighter = Not working (checked all fuses already)

For some reason my car clock, side mirrors, and top cigg lighter (bottom power outlet is working though), is not working. I've already checked the fuses under the money compartment and none were blown.

Car: 1999 Camry XLE v6.

I believe this all started one day when I tried to jam the male header of my Garmin GPS into the cigg lighter and not realizing the male end of the plug was disconfigurated. I kept trying to jam it in the top cig lighter hole and I'm wondering if I broke something behind the dash or a wire came loose?

What can I do to solve fix all of this? I'm comfortable taking out my dash board or doors if needed.

have you checked fuses and relays under hood too ? not sure if there is anything related to interior, but might be. sounds like you shorted something out when forcing that plug.

What do you mean by "checked"? By far the mostly likely culprit is the 15A CIG fuse (in the holder behind the money drawer that you reference -- the cover of the fuse box gives the location of the fuses), since that feeds all three of the items that are broken. Otherwise, there is a pink-with-blue stripe wire (bundled, of course) that feeds from that fuse box to those three systems...I'd say getting back into the dash around the cig socket and looking for a dangling or torched pink/blue wire would be your next best bet. I'd really double-check (either buzz out or sub in another fuse) that CIG fuse, first, 'tho.

Does anyone know what size wrench socket it is to remove golden screw to get the dashboard out? I had one but I dropped it somewhere when I was reinstalling my after market faceplate. I know that the size of the socket isn't american (it's a metric size for asian cars). I rather buy just the size i need instead of an entirely new kit.

As for the fuse under the money compartment. I looked at it and didn't see any signs of a blown fuse (broken or black stuff).
Someone in this thread said "15A CIG fuse". Where can I order one online? I've heard these fuses are expensive.

Its just a plain fuse u can get anywhere that will sell fuses for cars. And i believe it is the fuse i had the EXACT same problem which arose form my friend accidentally putting my wheel lock into the cig lighter socket by mistake(he mistook it for a cigarette lighter i duno how xD) a few swparks later and my cig lighter, clock, and side view mirrors went working. All my fuses seemed fine too but use a test lamp and ull find it, i think i had a 10a fuse but maybe it was a 15 i dont really remember but that seems to be the culprit bro hope that helps,

oo it was in the panel to the side of the steering wheel aswell

They sometimes die quietly. Try swapping in a spare (there are usually a couple spares stuck in unused sockets in the fuse box). The fuses are cheap...just bring it in to any auto parts store so you make sure you get the right replacement.

the dash under the steering wheel? 10mm socket

you should try swapping few fuses even if fuse that is there seems OK.. there can be a break in connection

once you remove the dash under the steering column, get a flashlight and you should be able to see 3 med-size fuses (2 green and 1 pink i believe)
i know one is for the windows, locks, sunroof etc...
