Noise when making turns

1995 Toyota Camry,2 door coupe.
When I make turns,no matter right or left,I can hear sound like "ka ka ka......". Not loud, but suspicious.Dose anyone know what reason may cause this sound?
Thank you.

+1. Check the CV boots. Any tears, or issues.

Cv's if its only when your turning. Wheel bearing makes a funny noise but doesn't matter whether your turning or not it will make the same noise, and its more of a grindin/whistle noise.... unless its screwed up something fierce!
