3rd Generation 92 camry headlight adjusters

so i was trying to adjust my headlights and the adjuster screw jus keeps turning and doesnt move the headlight up or down... any suggestions how to fix it?

After so many years, mine hasn't worked anymore either. I've resorted to using foam padding under the assembly to make it higher or lower and its worked for me.. I don't see a fix other than getting a new set. Which is too expensive in my opinion just for adjustment

i actually fixed it the other day. you should try taking off the lens and the backing because inside it there are lil gears that move so they can be adjusted
