Where does this wire go?

Any ideas I think somewhere by the starter but I don't know where. Any ideas welcomed only thing left to connect before I prime and start .

Either goes directly to the starter (where the nut and bolt are) or to the alternator. From the angle it looks like starter.

^ I have to agree. With that thick rubber cover over it, it has to be a positive connector to one or the other. That low in the engine compartment it figures to be for the starter end.

yea its the starter one at a weird angle i ended up leaving it alone and just waiting for my dad so we can both do it today. it's like the ground i guess that faces toward the transmission and theres no way to really put it on without taking a lot some stuff off (got frustrated because im tired of taking things on and off lol) so I just left it alone and decided to wait for him.
