96 Camry Electric Door Locks

My 1996 Camry electric door locks on the drivers side will not lock or unlock. The passenger side works fine. When I press the lock switch, I can hear the lock in the driver side doors trying to lock but it is as if there is not enough power to make it lock and I also see a little movement in the lock tab at the handles. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does it move smoothly when you manually unlock it with the key?

If so then the actuator needs to be replaced.

Why would BOTH driver side doors do this at the same time?

Didn't realize you meant more than one door. Did they both start doing this at the same time?

Does this happen every time? Is it gittery when the locks try to move or slow like it doesnt have enough momentum or power to move?
