96 Camry side mirror

Some joker broke off the driver's side mirror on my '96 Camry LE. The mirror assembly and mirror itself were intact. But what broke beyond repair was a triangular metal bracket that sits between the mirror housing and the door frame.

Seeking to replace the bracket, I bought a driver's side mirror from a guy who was parting out his '94 Camry. But now that it has arrived, it looks like the triangular bracket is different and the electric connectors don't match up.

Is this a difference between a 3.0 and 3.5 Camry? Can I use the metal bracket from the '94 Camry anyway, even though it's slightly different? Will that bracket even come off? (I'm having trouble removing it from the mirror assembly housing.)

Looking for advice. Thanks in advance.

I have a power mirror, but the connectors don't seem to line up.

There are three wires, but the plastic connectors that should snap together aren't a match.

I did manage to get the mirror attached to the door frame, so at least I can see where I'm going and won't get killed pulling into the next lane on the highway.

But I guess I'll have to keep up my search for a new power mirror or a new bracket that matches the car I have.
