Here is a really strange situation with the lights. All the light bulbs are good. When pressing the brake pedal, the brake lights AND the parking lights will ALL come on together. Has anyone seen this problem before or have any ideas? T.I.A.
You've got homework to do.... will need to check for crossed wires.
You can first check by putting on the other lights to see if they all come on as well. Next is the dirty work--- gonna have to pick a corner to eve the light stalk and work your way up to everything else. You'll be looking for shorts.

Brake lights aren't broken, I just don't brake.
--Can honestly go to a parts counter and ask for brake shoes for the front brakes.
--Likes long walks on the beach.... once it's lit by a massive bonfire.

Hit the brake pedal, all the brake lights come on AND the corner marker / parking lights rear and front come on.
Turn on the parking lights switch, and all the brake lights come on AND the corner marker / parking lights rear and front come on.
The problem was being caused by one of the 1157 tail light bulbs. In the beginning I had casually looked at the bulbs and seeing both filaments were lighted, I ignored this thinking the bulbs are good. Inside one of the bulbs, the filament wire standards had arced together connecting the two circuits, brake lights & running lights circuits combined together.
^...and does it look like the face of Jesus or at least Abe Lincoln?

Wow, what a great job finding where the two separate circuits were shorted together. I would have never throught filaments cross connecting would have the load carrying capacity to light up the other lights from another circuit. I suppose if you put the signal light on on the side with that bulb, then all the lights would have blinked (wait, don't do that, not good for the flasher unit).
Yes, if you get the bulb out intact with the filaments still crossed, that would be great to post a picture of that.

That is one for the ages! If you can see the manufacturer, would be great to send that picture to their customer service. If they are a descent company, thiey may sponsor all your replacement bulbs for life!

This "Philips" bulb failure was probably caused either by vibration, brutal acceleration or both acting on that little bit of filament tail that extends beyond the wire standards.
