More info would be helpful... Where does the squeaking come from and when does it happen? We can't help you if you don't help us understand what the exact problem is...

I have no idea. Thats the thing. It might be coming from the front left wheel well but not positive. When I hit the brakes, the sound goes away

So it happens when you are on the highway? Just cruising around town? Both? Is is a constant squeak or does it go on and off? Is it always there when you don't hit the brakes? If it goes away when you hit the brakes, then I'd think it has something to do with your brakes... When's the last time they've been changed?

Here is a guess. The disk brakes pads have a wear sensor on them. When they get down to set point a small metal tab begins to touch the brake rotor when the brake pedal is not depressed. When you press the brake pedal the sound stops. Get your brakes checked before they wear to the point that that they are dangerous or you begin to do damage and have to replace rotors.

I just got brand new rotors about 4,000 miles ago. I am going to jack up the car tonight and replace all the pads and hopefully that does the trick.

The noise could be form the brake pads vibrating in the calipers. That's one thing that happens a lot and will go away when you apply the brakes, as the pads are then pressed against the rotors. When you replace the pads be sure to use the 2 shims provided by Toyota on the back of the pads. If the shims are not there or they are aftermarket pads, then use some disc brake quiet on the backs of the new pads. It's a tacky substance that's either sprayed on the backs or applied as a gel to the backs. That usually elimintes any brake pad vibration.
