Auto to manny tranny swap lol

Does any one know what i would need for an automatic to standard tranny swap a detailed list or advice would be helpful

You need a donor car.
Then, you take the automatic out.
Then, you take everything off the donor car and figure out how to put it on your car!

I personally already owned a manual, and got a free automatic. and did the swap that way.

Find a running manual that was rear-ended or something and buy it cheap. Craigslist.
