Well for the past couple of days I been taking the highway and everytime I get to 90-100 mph my car vibrates every 5 seconds has anybody had that problem?....and I do have new brakes and rotors and my suspension is in good shape doesn't need anything and my rims are all ballanced out no bends so I don't kno what the problem is.

Well, 90-100 is literally illegal in the whole country, so go speed limit and your problem will be solved. And if you are still in Chicago the limit for that state(Illinois) is 65 I think, maybe 70.

If you've had the wheels balanced and the rotors changed, you've only got a few things left. I'd go with four wheel alignment - ok so you may have had the front two wheels done but that's like reading a book just reading the left hand pages - it'll make no sense at all.
Also, bit of an odd one but mal-inflated tyres (equal pressure on the front two and equal pressure across the back two) and also identical tyre sizes are important (don't laugh - I diagnosed one with a 45/50 profile combo once ).

Right about the tires. Tires/wheels are balanced at some RPM, not exactly sure. But at the speed of balance, a tire is expected to hold its shape. After that is where the tire speed ratings come into play. Some times do not stay round at very high speeds because their construction is not adequate to prevent it. You might be having this situation.
By-the-way, don't be driving around me on the highway at 90-100 MPH!
90-100.... here. Wanna see what a under-40mph impact looks like? Stop doing that. Really.

Wow!
I bet that looks something like this!

What kind of tires do you have? Cuz certain tires have a speed rating and if you go past that speed rating, your tires won't like it. Maybe it could be bad wheel bearings?
well ... legal speed limits usually don't exceed 65/75mph, not my business though.
all i can say is that in all NJ and NY almost every single driver breaks speed limits both in city and on highway.
if the whole highway traffic flows at 80mph (legal limit 65mph) e.g. on Garden State Parkway or I-80, cops won't do anything with that (they can't stop whole traffic!) and under such scenario going 90mph wouldn't be getting very serious in comparison to other cars driving only a tad slower than that ... though 100mph sounds like unsafe driving or illegal racing and you could get a nice ticket for that (including court appearance required).
as per 90mph+ vibrations problem, man you need 2 things on top of you've got already. first go to local Firestone and do the 4-wheel alignment! front is only half of the car, it's ridiculous at least to do a front 2-wheel alignment only!! rear matters too!
also as others said, try sticking to V-rated tires, H rated might be not enough for speeds you aiming at, unless you want to know how it feels to loose a tire when driving 100mph+ in traffic ... this would be a disaster potentially wrecking all cars around you and killing dozens of people ...
