One of the 300 made for 2000 and 2001. Kinda cool if you've never seen one. I know I haven't!

I have a buddy who works at a company that converts vehicles to CNG, fuel cell, gas-electric hybrids, even full electric. I may go hybrid...if I ever win the lottery.

Cool stuff. But these suckers are OEM from the factory CNG.

So what is it? A hybrid Camry or straight electric Camry? Never seen anything like this before!
CNG is compressed natural gas. This was a fleet vehicle most likely because CNG fuel stations aren't common and some are not publicly accessible. It is similar to what you Aussies call gas or LPG. LPG and CNG cannot be directly substituted for each other for most applications because a LPG has 2-3 times as much energy compared to the same amount of natural gas.
This was a California car judging by the HOV lane stickers that were removed.
