This Is What I Do With My Afternoon's Off :D

So yeah, I got pretty much the whole afternoon to myself today ( no work and/or school), which was great because it doesn't happen too often on weekdays (I really need a vacation, but don't we all??) Anyways, I got around to washing the car, cleaning things up, making sure the paint was up to par, re-clearcoating my wheel wells, and using some rust proofing goopy like undercoating on the frame (all in prep for rust proofing). The car probable has like 10 extra pounds worth of rustproofing when all added up But anyways, I'll also attempt to practice claybar-ing the car maybe tommorow evening or this weekend and wax + polish Here are some pics I snapped

Get them restored! Don't know about the US but in the UK there are loads of alloy wheel restoration places that'll do it for £20 (about $30) a corner.

Awesome ride projektvertx, inspired me to go clean mine

Well those rims are my "summer" rims, and they have never seen a single winter since they came out of the factory So don't feel too bad!! I use Meguiar's Rim cleaner, and Turtle Wax Wet n' Black Tire Shine. I really love that tire shine, it works great and doesn't make the tires look like fake plastic like most rim cleaners do

ROFL.

Seriously though, my mug at work either proclaims I've a Ford (Mercury) Capri (or my addiction to the Hungry Caterpillar merchandise).

I need a new mug.
