quick question about 5 speed

Sup guys got a quick question I'm about to do my 5 speed swap I need to know if I can use my automatic
Shifter cable r do I need the 5 speed one?

You need both manual shift cables. You can apparently scrape by with the auto ECU, but the manual won't throw codes.

You need both the cables. The automatic one wont work as one of them.

it's a good idea to get new ones as well....i've seen quite a few cases of broken shifter cables and can't get in odd or even gears ...which sucks ass

By the way, gothmog3vz is looking for an auto shift cable so if you're trying to get rid of it, he'd probably be looking to buy it!

they dont have a manual ECU for the first gen 1mz. hell have to do what king did and trick the computer.
