95 2.2 Sputtering at idle
Hello All,
I've got a 95 Camry here (2.2, auto) that overheated last year. Replaced the rad, and has been working fine since. All of a sudden it began quitting and not starting. Replaced the fuel pump, still no go. The car ended up being super flooded, and with new plugs, distributor and flushing the extra fuel out, it started. Starts up quick and seems to work great other than it now sputters once or twice when it is at idle or when I switch between gears ( D, 2, 1) at idle. The car drives great on roads and on the highway other than that. It will stay running but sputters once or a couple times and seems like it wants to cut out, but doesn't.
I jumped TE1 and E1 terminals, and it is throwing no codes other than O/D light flashing 63 (which is for solenoid #2). I didn't know how long this code had been there, so I drained the fluid, and checked solenoid #1 and #2. I cleaned them up and they both worked fine.
Any ideas?
