Remove the door panel.
Remove the speaker.
Put the new speaker in the door.
Screw it in.
Plug it in.
Replace the door panel.

There are a few hidden bolts and screws. Just take it easy and slowly. When you start rushing this they tend to get broken. Give us some pics or a bit better description of what you are talking about.

This has to be the easiest thing to do on the car.
Before I had ANY knowledge of anything on my car, I knew I had to have a Philips/flat tip screw driver...
