3rd Generation 97 camry exhaust

Need ideas for trying to make my 97 2.2L 4 cyl Camry more agreesive sounding and louder. I found a few thing muffler wise but my mechanic sayed that a muffler wouldnt be able to go right on because how the exhaust system is made.

Any advice?
